what to do ON race day
Race pack collection
7-8.15am: - Race pack collection from Start Line (Buninyong Recreation Reserve)
- Race pack will include course specific race bib
race day registration
7-7.45am: - On the day registrations for all courses
Race start
8.30am: - Start time for all running events (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
- Partipants will self seed according to expected time to finish
Walkers Start
8.35am: - Start time for all walkers (bronze course only)
Kids Canter
9.30am: - Start time for Kids Canter
Presentation
10am: - Main Stage DeSoza Park, Buninyong
Parking
- Limited parking will be available from 7 am at the Buninyong Football Oval
- The carpark will close at 7.45 to allow for participant safety and will reopen at 10.30am.
- Other parking options are available on the surrounding streets.
Bag Drop
A bag drop zone will be available on race day, please although the area will be supervised we advise that you leave no valuables.
All bags MUST be collected by 10.45am
Cup Free event
Please note this is a cup free event.
Ensure you bring your own cup carrying vessel if you feel you require it
A zip lock bag works well!
Hydration stations will be available throughout the course
